The committee set up on the directives of the Prime Minister was attended by the Minister for Religious Affairs, Federal Minister for Home Affairs, four provincial endowment departments and representatives of Ulema and Mashaikh

Welcoming amendments to existing endowment laws based on suggestions of scholars, administrators of madrassas and monasteries and recommendations of Islamic Ideological Council: Asad Qaiser, Speaker National Assembly

Scholars in High Power Committee should formulate their recommendations and send them to Ministry of Religious Affairs within a month: Speaker National Assembly

According to the vision of the Prime Minister, consultation process is underway with the scholars for the establishment of the state of Madinah and the Islamic welfare state: Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri

Consensus to make endowment laws more applicable to public welfare and educational purposes in line with the requirements of the new age

Consensus on making concerted efforts to make appropriate legal amendments to endowment laws at the federal and provincial levels
